When will my order be dispatched?
Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, dispatch may take longer than normal. The delivery method is unaffected by the dispatch time.

Order Placed Between 2pm Friday and 12am Sunday: dispatched following Monday
Bank Holiday Weekends - Orders placed on the weekend of a Bank Holiday Monday, it will be despatched on the Tuesday as our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days
The standard tracked delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is delivered within two to three working days.
Our express delivery option Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for your parcel to arrive by the next working day (Monday to Friday), where the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
Please note: Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and offshore UK islands areas may take longer than specified. Orders being sent to areas outside mainland UK are unlikely to arrive within the times specified even when selecting the next day.

Not at home during the day?
This is not a problem; we just require your billing address to match the one your payment card is registered to. You can decide to have the order delivered to an alternative address at checkout.
Security
If you are out when the postman comes knocking, don't worry. The delivery service will leave a card which has details of where your parcel can be collected or it will state on your tracking how to update delivery instructions. It is then kept safely with them for 7 days. If not collected during that time period, it will be returned to us. You are advised to take along some proof of identity when collecting your parcel. Be sure to follow the instructions on your delivery note.
Tracking Your Order
We retain the tracking number for all orders, your tracking information will be emailed to you via your shipped email. You can then use this tracking number to find out where your order is and when it is due to arrive. Please remember to check your emails junk mail or spam folder for tracking information. If your tracking email does not arrive as expected, you can then contact us here via the chat box on the right hand side, or via email at customercare@simplypleasure.com
Customers are responsible for tracking their order to see when it will be delivered. Due to the nature of the items we sell, most will not fit through a letter box. So you may need to edit delivery instructions if you know you won't be home, which is really easy to do. All you need to do, once you have received your shipped email with tracking number. Click on your tracking number and it will take you to the courier tracking site. Click 'edit delivery instructions' and here you can change the delivery options - you can choose to collect it at post office or re-delivery where you can choose a delivery date.
Haven’t received your order when expected?

Bank Holiday Deliveries
Standard Delivery - Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
Bank Holiday Dispatches
Bank Holiday Mondays - All orders placed before 2pm on the previous Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Bank Holiday Fridays - All orders placed before 2pm the previous Thursday will be dispatched the same day.
Bank Holiday Weekends - All orders placed over a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day.
Important Note:
Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline orders which request delivery to certain addresses including schools and places of worship.
When an order is returned to us after an attempted delivery, you will receive a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping costs.
If you decide to order again, delivery charges will apply as normal.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any items purchased are legal in the country of delivery.
