Product Page FAQ

For best results, we always recommend using a water based lubricant. This is becuase silicone lubricant, is not compatible with a silicone toy, as it can damage the toys material. If you like a realistic looking lube, the you can try Me You Us Silk Slix, Liquid Silk, Prowler Red Cum and Master Series Jizz. All these lubricants are white in colour, to give the look and feel of realistic cum. If you like something for more senstive skin then we recommend Me You Us Glycerin Free. 

We always recommend using antibacerial sex toy cleaner, to ensure your toy is hygienically clean. This is to ensure the toy doesn't acumilate built up bacteria and risk infections. We recommend Me You Us Spritz Toy Cleaner. This comes in 50ml, 100ml and 250ml size bottles. You use a couple of sprays onto the toy, add some water to lather up, rub clean and then rinse off and pat it dry with a towel. Do this before and after every use, this will also help the longevity of your toy!

Returns

Simply Pleasure accepts unwanted items for refund or exchange for up to 30 days. All we ask is that these products (including the box, packaging & hygenie seals) are unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate and are in a re-saleable condition. 

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
