Please note: Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and offshore UK islands areas may take longer than specified. Orders being sent to areas outside mainland UK are unlikely to arrive within the times specified even when selecting the next day.

This is not a problem; we just require your billing address to match the one your payment card is registered to. You can decide to have the order delivered to an alternative address at checkout.

If you are out when the postman comes knocking, don't worry. The delivery service will leave a card which has details of where your parcel can be collected. It is then kept safely with them for 7 days. If not collected during that time period, it will be returned to us. You are advised to take along some proof of identity when collecting your parcel. Bank Holiday deliveries
Standard Delivery - Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
Bank Holiday Dispatches
Bank Holiday Mondays - All orders placed before 2pm on the previous Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Bank Holiday Fridays - All orders placed before 2pm the previous Thursday will be dispatched the same day.
Bank Holiday Weekends - All orders placed over a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day.

When an order is returned to us after an attempted delivery, you will receive a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping costs.
