This is not a problem; we just require your billing address to match the one your payment card is registered to. You can decide to have the order delivered to an alternative address at checkout.

If you are out when the postman comes knocking, don't worry. The delivery service will leave a card which has details of where your parcel can be collected. It is then kept safely with them for 7 days. If not collected during that time period, it will be returned to us. You are advised to take along some proof of identity when collecting your parcel.
