Not at home during the day?

This is not a problem; with Royal Mail you can edit delivery instructions once despatched, so you can choose a different delivery date, or to re-direct to a post office to collect. Or if you have a safe place such as a accessible gate or fence to a secure garden or a collection storage box, that is safe and secure for a parcel to be delivered too, that can be chosen also.

If your tracking email does not arrive as expected, you can then contact us here via the chat box on the right hand side, or via email at customercare@simplypleasure.com

Customers are responsible for tracking their order to see when it will be delivered. Due to the nature of the items we sell, most will not fit through a letter box. Click on your tracking number and it will take you to the courier tracking site. Click 'edit delivery instructions' and here you can change the delivery options - you can choose to collect it at post office or re-delivery where you can choose a delivery date.
