The standard tracked delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is delivered within two to three working days.
The Next Working Day Courier is sent via Interlink Express Courier. This is guaranteed to arrive next working day Monday to Friday, where the order is placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday and 12pm (noon) Friday.
The Saturday Delivery option is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is Guaranteed Saturday by 1pm, for orders placed before 12pm (noon) on Friday.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and offshore UK islands areas may take longer than specified. Orders being sent to areas outside mainland UK are unlikely to arrive within the times specified even when selecting the Next Day or Saturday Delivery options.

Not at Home During the Day?
This is not a problem, we just require your billing address to match the one your payment card is registered to. You can decide to have the order delivered to an alternative address at checkout.
Please note that all deliveries must be signed for.
All Simply Pleasure parcels need to be signed for so that we know your order has been safely received. However if you are out when the postman comes knocking, don't worry.
The delivery service will leave a card which has details of where your parcel can be collected. It is then kept safely with them for 7 days. If not collected during that time period, it will be returned to us. You are advised to take along some proof of identity when collecting your parcel. Be sure to follow the instructions on your delivery note.
Tracking Your Order
We retain the tracking code for all orders, which can be emailed to you upon your request. You can then use this tracking code at the delivery service website to find out where your order is, along route to your home.

Haven’t Received Your Order when Expected?
Please allow 4 working days before contacting us, if your order has not arrived. You can then contact us here or alternatively ring the customer service team on 01202 868 511.
Bank Holiday Deliveries
Standard Delivery- Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
Next Day Courier - Will be delivered on the Next working day and not the Bank Holiday.
Saturday Delivery - Will be delivered on the Saturday through Royal Mail.
Bank Holiday Despatches
Bank Holiday Mondays - All orders placed before 12pm (noon) on the previous Friday will be despatched the same day.
Bank Holiday Fridays - All orders placed before 3pm the previous Thursday will be despatched the same day.
Bank Holiday Weekends - All orders placed over a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be despatched until the next working day.
Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline orders which request delivery to certain addresses including schools and places of worship.
When an order is returned to us after an attempted delivery, you will receive a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping costs.
If you decide to order again, delivery charges will apply as normal.
