When Will My Order Be Despatched?

United Kingdom Delivery Charges & Options 

The standard tracked delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is delivered within two to three working days.

Our express delivery option Royal Mail Tracked 24 is guaranteed to arrive next working day Monday to Friday, where the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday and 12pm (noon) Friday. 

The Saturday Delivery option is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is Guaranteed Saturday by 1pm, for orders placed before 12pm (noon) Friday.

Please Note: Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and offshore UK islands areas may take longer than specified. Orders being sent to areas outside mainland UK are unlikely to arrive within the times specified even when selecting the Next Day or Saturday Delivery options.

Europe, Islands and Worldwide Delivery Charges & Options

The Europe and Islands Royal Mail + Local Mail Carrier delivery option is despatched using the Royal Mail tracked service. The speed and tracking information provided once it has been passed to your countries local carrier can differ from country to country but we would expect parcels to be with you within 7 working days. This service is only provided to the countries listed here; Albania, Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City.

This service is only provided to the countries listed here; France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Denmark, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Austria, Andorra, Ireland.

USA Mainland Courier option is sent by DPD. The parcel will be fully tracked and arrive within 5 working days.

All orders placed to countries not on this list will be cancelled and refunded.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any items purchased are legal in the country of delivery.

Not at Home During the Day?

This is not a problem, we just require your billing address to match the one your payment card is registered to. You can decide to have the order delivered to an alternative address at checkout.

Please note that all deliveries must be signed for. 

Security

All Simply Pleasure parcels need to be signed for so that we know your order has been safely received. However, if you are out when the postman comes knocking, don't worry.

The delivery service will leave a card which has details of where your parcel can be collected. It is then kept safely with them for 7 days. If not collected during that time period, it will be returned to us. You are advised to take along some proof of identity when collecting your parcel. Be sure to follow the instructions on your delivery note.

Tracking Your Order

We retain the tracking code for all orders, your tracking information will be emailed to you directly from the delivery service provider. You can then use this tracking code at the delivery service website to find out where your order is, along route to your home. Please remember to check your emails junk mail or spam folder for tracking information. If your tracking email does not arrive as expected you can then contact us here or alternatively ring the customer service team on 01202 868 533

Haven’t Received Your Order when Expected?

Please refer to the above relevant delivery charges and options tables for expected delivery time. If your order does not arrive as expected you can then contact us here or alternatively ring the customer service team on 01202 868 533.

Bank Holiday Deliveries

Standard Delivery- Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Next Day Courier - Will be delivered on the Next working day and not the Bank Holiday.

Saturday Delivery - Will be delivered on the Saturday through Royal Mail.

Bank Holiday Despatches

Bank Holiday Mondays - All orders placed before 12 noon on the previous Friday will be despatched the same day.

Bank Holiday Fridays - All orders placed before 2pm the previous Thursday will be despatched the same day.

Bank Holiday Weekends - All orders placed over a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be despatched until the next working day.

Important Note:

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline orders which request delivery to certain addresses including schools and places of worship.

When an order is returned to us after an attempted delivery, you will receive a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping costs.

If you decide to order again, delivery charges will apply as normal.
