Sex Toy FAQs
See below for answers to some commonly asked questions. Of course, if you have a question which isn’t here then feel free to contact us.
Where should I store my sex toys?
If keeping them in their original packaging is not an option, then you should wrap them in a clean lint-free cloth (individually), and keep them in a cool and dry place. It is, of course, very important that you clean them after use, and also before use, just in case they have been coated with any dust.
Which material sex toy should I go for?
Materials range from the harder plastic and glass, and the softer silicone and jelly. For more information on these, visit our “Vibrator Guide” section
How should I clean my sex toys?
The best option is to use specialist anti-bacterial sex toy cleaner. The not only help decrease the likelihood of bacterial infection, but also help prevent your sex toys from degrading. Check the labelling first to ensure that water will not damage the item. If okay to apply water, then you should rinse the toy with a little hot water, spray the surface with the sex toy cleaner, and then rinse again with a little hot water. Some sex toys, like glass vibrators, may just require a quick spray with the sex toy cleaner and a wipe, as they are non-porous.
Can I get my vibrator fixed if it breaks?
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted but most higher quality sex toys should be covered by a manufacturer warranty, which can range from anywhere from 30 days to 2 years. Save your receipts and invoices in the unlikely event that you have a problem.
How will my sex toy be packaged when delivered?
Rest assured that all our items are shipped in discreet plain packaging. Should you require the item to be delivered to an alternative address, then simply edit the Delivery Address section when you place your order online, or let our sales team know if you are placing your order by phone.
