What is the best way of storing my new sex toy?
Ideally it should be kept in its original packaging; however this isn’t always an option. If you cannot keep your toy in the box then carefully wrap it in a cloth (which should be lint free) and store in a cool, dry place to prevent damage to the surface. Sex toys come in a number of different materials from hard plastic and glass to softer latex, silicone, rubber and jelly. How do I clean my sex toy?
The best way to clean your sex toy is using specialist sex toy cleaner. This is both antibacterial and safe to use on most sex toys. It is important to clean your toy both before and after you use it in order to avoid a bacterial infection. The best way to clean your toy is to rinse it with a little hot water, apply the cleaner and then rinse again. Be careful to read your particular toys instructions due to the fact some toys may be damaged by using water. Some sex toys such as glass vibrators are non porous so only require a quick spray of the cleaner and wipe clean.
Can I get my vibrator fixed if it breaks?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns. However, in the unlikely event of your sex toy breaking, most high quality sex toys are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty lasting between 30 days and 2 years. Just ensure you keep hold of any receipts and invoices should you require assistance.
How will my sex toy be packaged when it arrives?

If you require you package to be delivered to an alternative address to your billing address, simply change this in the online payment process and replace your delivery address with the new address.
