United Kingdom Delivery Charges & Options 

Standard - FREE for orders over £10, £3 for orders under £10. Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

Next (working) Day Courier - £4.79. Interlink courier - Guaranteed to arrive Next Working Day Monday to Friday, when order placed before 15:00 Monday - Thursday. If orders are placed after 15:00 Thursday and before 15:00 Friday and Next (Working) Day Delivery option is selected orders will be delivered on the next working day (Monday).

Not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

Security
You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don’t worry!

You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

If you would like us to re send your order we will regretably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.

Tracking your order

Tracking codes can be provided for all Next Day & Saturday shipping orders. Your unique order tracking number can be emailed to you upon request and your parcel can be tracked on the Interlink website http://www.interlinkexpress.com/forms/track-my-parcel.jsp or Royal Mail website http://track.royalmail.com/

For our Standard delivery (Royal Mail 1st class Recorded) tracking codes can be supplied but as per Royal Mail Recorded terms and conditions parcels can not be tracked in transit. Tracking only takes place to confirm despatch and following delivery to confirm the item has been delivered. Your unique order tracking number can be emailed to you upon request and your parcel can be checked on the Royal Mail website http://track.royalmail.com/
